OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM
THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF THE ACCEL-A-GRAPHIX
CT4.
THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU
OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Effect of Parts on Warranty
We recommend you use only XANTÉ parts in your controller. To
order parts call XANTÉ at 800-540-7091 in the US and Canada, at
95-800-540-7091 in Mexico, or 334-342-4635 elsewhere.
Your warranty and maintenance contracts are not affected by using
non-XANTÉ products. However, any damages resulting from or
repairs required due to use of non-XANTÉ products are not covered;
if this happens, time and materials costs are charged.
