PURPOSE
This procedure provides the methods for the collection, analysis, and reporting of
vegetation samples in and around the Cotter Corporation (N.S.L.) (“Cotter”), Cañon City
Milling Facility.

SCOPE
This procedure applies to vegetation samples collected during the growing season near
the three highest predicted environmental air monitoring locations taken by personnel of
the Cotter Cañon City Milling Facility.
