PURPOSE
This procedure provides the methods for the collection, analysis, and reporting of soil
samples in and around the Cotter Corporation, Cañon City Milling Facility.

SCOPE
This procedure applies only to annual routine soil samples including those for public dose
assessment taken by Cotter Corporation (N.S.L.) (“Cotter”) Cañon City Milling Facility.
