Service information
The control system can provide all kinds of information on the machine
as well as store it in some cases. This information will be used by the
dealer when checking the machine or by service engineers in case of
problems and failures.
Weighing system
information
The bottom half of the 'Hopper&Act Calibration' screen contains
information on signal values of the weighcell and reference sensor.
The left column contains the current signal values, the right column
contains the signal values that are saved in the control system during
calibration of the relevant cell.
By means of the current and saved signal values, calibration can be
controlled and failures can be detected.
The ’Hopper&Act Calibration’ screen can be reached from the main
screen as follows:
Press the key switch on the main screen; you will now go to the
'Curve Calibration' screen.
Press the scroll key to go from the 'Curve calibration' to the 'Pin'
screen.
Enter the pin code (= 5).

Press the OK key. The ’Settings’ screen will now appear.
Press the scroll key to go to the ‘Hopper&Act Calibration’ screen.
The meaning of the symbols and values in the top half of the screen
is explained in
section »Spreader calibration« from page 92.
Control box information
You can find some control box data can be found in the ‘Terminal
Configuration’ screen. The top half concerns date and time, among
other things, while the bottom half displays data on the screen. You do
not have to adjust these data.
