Before first use

Check the operation of the position sensor in working position:

Set the plate with the sensor opposite the magnet.

Start the tractor and engage the control box.

Check whether you have set the position of the TrimFlow as
illustrated,

See section »TrimFlow position« on page 77.
The Trimflow symbol must now appear on the main screen on the right
of the hopper.
If the symbol does not appear:

Check the connection of the sensor in the electronic box on the
spreader.
Set the position of the plate with the sensor, with the TrimFlow in the
work position.

Switch the tractor off, but not the control box.

Place the control box in such a manner that you can read the
screen when you are standing at the TrimFlow.

Turn the plate to the back until the sensor does not emit a signal
any more and the symbol on the screen of the control box has
disappeared.

Turn the plate then back to the front until the symbol reappears on
the screen. Stop running the device immediately. The sensor must
only provide a signal if the TrimFlow is in the work position.

Fasten both bolts of the sensor plate properly.
If the TrimFlow should now move slightly upwards inadvertently while
spreading the symbol will disappear from the screen. The sensor is in
this manner also used for controlling the checking the correct position.
