FEED HORN ALIGNMENT
The perpendicular distance between the top of the feed horn radome bezel and the subreflector vertex should be:
59.82 inch (± 0.50) for 16 Meter Antenna, 62.08 inch (± 0.50) for 18 Meter Antenna
Measured perpendicular distance ____________ inches.
The feed axis shall be concentric with the main reflector axis within 0.12 inch.
Maximum concentric deviation at top of feed horn measures ___________ inches.

AZIMUTH ROTATION AND DRIVE
The azimuth rotation has been demonstrated (possibly during the controller tests) and mechanical limits have been set.
Electrical limit switches have been adjusted for the 90 degree sector. The boot has been properly installed. All
lubrication points are visible and accessible. The reducer vent plug has been installed and the oil level verified. All
bearing seals are in place and not torn.

ELEVATION ROTATION AND DRIVE
The elevation rotation has been demonstrated (possibly during the controller tests) and mechanical limits have been set.
Electrical limit switches have been adjusted for 0 degrees through 90 degrees of travel. The boot has been properly
installed. All lubrication points are visible and accessible. The reducer vent plug has been installed and the oil level
verified.

FINAL VISUAL INSPECTION
All components should be properly installed according to the installation manual and drawings. All fasteners (except any
known special cases) should be hot-dipped galvanized or stainless steel and should be properly installed. All
(non-stainless) steel components should be hot-dipped galvanized and painted. All aluminum components should be
chemically treated and painted. The mount should be grouted to the foundation. Damage to paint or galvanizing during
installation has been repaired.
