11. Attach two intercostals #2D (item 10) from center of item 2A toward
bolt location of item 1A using hex head bolt (item 100), flat washer
(item 101), and hex nut (item 102) at truss end, and two bolts (100),
four washers (101), and two nuts (102) at node end.
12. Attach intercostal #3A (item 11) to inside of attaching tabs (third
attachment location from hub) at top of truss using two hex head bolts
(item 103), four flat washers (item 104), and two hex nuts (item 105)
in each end.
13. Attach intercostal #3B (item 12) to inside of attaching tabs
(underneath 3A) at bottom of truss using two hex head bolts (item
103), four flat washers (item 104), and two hex nuts (item 105) in
each end.
14. Attach two intercostals #3C (item 13) from center of item 3A to bolt
location of item 3B using one hex head bolt (item 103), two flat
washers (item 104), and one hex nut (item 105) in each end.
15. Attach two intercostals #3D (item 14) from center of item 3A toward
bolt location of item 2A using hex head bolt (item 100), flat washer
(item 101), and hex nut (item 102) in each end.
16. Attach node 4 assembly (item 18) to inside of attaching tabs (forth
attachment location from hub) at top of truss using two hex head bolts
(item 103), four flat washers (item 104), and two hex nuts (item 105)
in each end.
17. Attach right intercostal #4C (item 15) from node 4 to bolt location of
item 3B (on right side, from hub end looking out) using one hex head
bolt (item 100), two flat washers (item 101), and one hex nut (item
102) in each end.
NOTE
The notched end of items 15 and 19 attach to the truss (item 2
or 3) while the straight cut end attaches to node 4 (item 18).
18. Attach left intercostal #4C (item 19) from node 4 to bolt location of
item 12 (on left side) using one hex head bolt (item 100), two flat
washers (item 101), and one hex nut (item 102) in each end.
19. Attach two intercostals #4D (item 16) from node 4 toward bolt
location of item 11 using hex head bolt (item 100), flat washer (item
101), and hex nut (item 102) at truss end, and two bolts (100), four
washers (101), and two nuts (102) at node end.
20. Repeat steps 3 through 6 and 8 through 19 to attach the intercostal
and node assemblies on the outside left portion of the truss assembly
assembled in steps 1 through 22. The outside of portion many of
these intercostal #s will be unsecured; therefore, the loose intercostal
should be tied down to prevent unnecessary movement and possible
