Equipment Damage
Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap
must be worn while handling any internal component.

1.
Turn the instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the
cover.
2.
Disconnect plumbing from the pressure transducer assembly (
Figure 7–
2
). Note the plumbing connections to facilitate reconnection.
3.
Disconnect the pressure transducer from the PRES connector on the
measurement interface board.
4.
Remove the two pressure transducer assembly retaining screws and
remove the pressure transducer assembly (

).

5.
To install the pressure transducer assembly, follow the previous steps in
reverse.
6.
Calibrate the pressure transducer. Refer to the “
Flow Transducer
Calibration
” procedure that follows.
Use the following procedure to calibrate the pressure transducer.
Note
An error in the zero setting of the pressure transducer does not
introduce a measurable error in the output concentration reading.
