The Internal Oxygen (O
2
) Sensor option provides a paramagnetic sensor
for O
2
concentration measurement and CO
2
correction. This option allows
the user to correct the CO
2
readings for the amount of oxygen in the
sample. Selectable O
2
concentrations can be used as the correction factor.
Figure 9–11 and Figure 9–12 shows how this option is integrated with the
410iQ Standard and 410iQ High Level.
