410iQ Instruction Manual

Use the following procedure to update firmware using the USB
connection.

1.

Copy the update*.zip file onto the USB FLASH drive using Windows
Explorer or another means. The file must be copied into the root
directory of the USB stick's file system otherwise it won't be
recognized. Also, make sure the USB stick is formatted using the FAT
or FAT32 file system.

2.

Plug a USB flash drive into the data port on the front panel of the unit
or into one of the USB ports on the side near the power cable. A pop-
up box will appear, acknowledging that a flash drive has been detected.
If a USB password has been previously set, you will be prompted to
enter the USB password to continue. Press

Enter

to continue.

3.

Press the OK button on the pop-up box to go to the Firmware Update
Via USB Drive screen.
