This procedure only applies to the following serial
numbers listed below.

GS6914-6019 to GS69F-16542
Note: Perform this procedure on a firm, level
surface.
1 Raise the platform 7 to 8 feet / 2,1 to 2,4 m.
2 Lift the safety arm, move it to the center of the
scissor arm and rotate down to a vertical
position.
3 Lower the platform onto the safety arm.
4 Turn the key switch to the off position.
5 Using a mild cleaning solvent, clean the top of
the pivot link located at the steer end of the
machine.

6 Remove and discard the protective film from
the adhesive tape located on the bottom of the
telematics bracket.
Genie part number 1289561GT.
7 Adhere the bracket to the top of the pivot link.
Note: Mount the bracket in the center of the pivot
link.
Note: The adhesive takes approximately 20
minutes to fully adhere to the surface.
8 Secure the telematics module to the mounting
bracket using the provided retaining fasteners.

9 Open the ground controls compartment and
locate the 8 pin connector behind the ground
control box.
