SP 1. OBJETIVO EN
1. PURPOSE
Comprobar que el control de velocidad
en diferentes puntos del área de trabajo
es adecuada para la protección del
producto.
Determinar la velocidad
promedio y el rango de uniformidad en
la zona de flujo laminar.

La herramienta a utilizar es un
anemómetro.
The tool to use is an anemometer.
4. METODOLOGÍA
4. METHODOLOGY
Dentro de la zona de trabajo establecida
según el modelo de cabina, se divide el área
de las bandejas en recuadros (consultar
tabla adjunta). Luego se pone en marcha el
equipo hasta que se estabilicen las
velocidades y temperatura.
Se coloca un anemómetro
omnidireccional a 270mm de altura de las
bandejas sobre los puntos trazados sobre las
bandejas (se debe intentar tomar todas las
medidas con el anemómetro en la misma
dirección y sin tapar los agujeros de las
bandejas, dentro de lo posible).
Se anotan las lecturas obtenidas y la
posición del anemómetro en cada punto.
Se calcula el promedio mediante la siguiente

velocity and the temperature
Place the anemometer at 270mm high of
the shelves, over each square (take all readings
with the anemometer in the same direction and
without covering any holes, whenever possible).
Take note of the readings and the position
of the anemometer in each point.
