6: Create Address Book Delivery Locations.
Add delivery locations to the Vantage Folder Address Book where captured files can be
written. Click
Vantage Folder Address Book and create new address book entries. Folder
locations must be Windows file system locations with a letter drive or network UNC
path.
7: Create Labels and Variables for the Tape and Capture Actions.
Labels and variables you create can be added to the Tape and Capture actions and can
be viewed, included, and modified in the Tape Capture and Live Capture web
applications. For example, you might want to create labels for social media accounts to
post directly to Facebook and YouTube using account and file description metadata
stored in the labels. Similarly, you may want to use or create variables for tape or media
file parameters.
In the Vantage Management Console, add labels using Workflow Design Items >
Metadata Labels. Add Variables using Workflow Design Items > Variables.
Note: An additional Vantage license may be required for social media posting.
