Additional Support Log Folders
The following folders containing additional logging data are also downloaded:

Logs
SNMPLogs
The SNMPLogs folder contains the following additional items:
•
SourceService-[date].log.txt—The Source service log records any activity with the
sources. This includes various activities, such as loss of signal, change of format,
sources being added, or sources being removed.
•
LiveService-[date].log.txt—The Stream service log records any encoder failures and
the service starting.
SNMPLogs\traceLog
The SNMPLogs\traceLog folder contains trace logs for the input sources.
Logs
The Logs folder contains the Capture Record, Capture Program, Tape Record, and other
Capture-related log files.
