Changing a Source Name
The default names for SDI ports has this form: “SDI Input [1 through n]”, where ‘n’ is 4 or
8 depending on which Lightspeed Live server you have. To rename a source, follow the
procedures below and observe these renaming rules:

The Source Manager can be used to change the input source's name. After chang-
ing a source name you must edit affected Capture actions and select the renamed
source. You can determine which workflows use a particular input source by using
Find Workflows... from the Capture Inventory panel in the Vantage Management
Console.

Each source must be named uniquely.

None of these characters can be used in the source name: ` * | \ : ; " ' < > ? /
