Connecting the Terminal to the Modulator
To configure the parameters for the VT100 terminal emulation program

using Windows 95/98/NT 4.0/XP, proceed as follows:
1. Select the Terminal program by accessing it through Start,

Program, Accessories, Communications, HyperTerminal.

2. Choose the icon and name for the terminal connection (see Figure 3.4)

and click OK.

NOTE…
The name chosen in the example shown in Figure 3.4 is SM6600 Terminal.

3. Choose the port to connect to (see Figure 3.5) and click OK.
