CYCLE NUMBER:
Unique sequential
number starting at 00001.
UNIT NUMBER:
Serial number of
processor.
If bar code reader accessory is
present and activated:

Operator's code
number and name.
BOOT A:
Information printed below is
for endoscope in control handle boot
"A".
PATIENT ID:
Patient name.
DEVICE ID:
Identification number of
endoscope.
PROCEDURE ID:
Identification
number of procedure.
PHYSICIAN ID
: Physician's code and
name.
If bar code reader accessory is
present and activated, and DOUBLE
cycle is selected, information is also
printed for control handle boot "B".

Maximum
filling time of processor during cycle.
Used as an indicator for degree of
clogging of dual pre-filter and
pressure regulator assembly
cartridges.
STOP PRESSED:
Printed if operator
pressed

touch pad to interrupt
air purge before maximum 60-minute
duration has elapsed.
SAFETY DOOR LOCK DISENGAGED:
Safety door lock is disengaged after
four minutes of air purge. Operator can
open door by pressing
UNLOCK
toggle switch at this point.

allow operator to write down additional
information (titles and codes indicating
