Follow the prompts on the screen and touch the three spots it prompts you to touch.  For greater accuracy use a 
small stylus type object.

Once done, touch home then reboot the controller and the screen will now be recalibrated. 

 

 

Note you can also change 
touch force sensitivity by 
moving slider here.
