By pushing the “reset button”, this physically moves the center rod/spool to one side or the other 

allowing the pump to start cycling again.  Please have them shut the air supply valve off prior to pushing 

in the reset button, and then turn the air back on.  This should start the cycling process and push the reset 

button back out in the process.
