Step-by-Step Instructions
2.
Orient the hinge so that the alignment features on
each of the small hinge arms is toward the interior
surface of the inner flip cover and the large
continuous arm is pointing away from the flip.
NOTE! Hold the small non-locking hinge arm in the
open position when performing the
following steps.

Pass the main flex film through the opening between
the two small hinge arms as shown.
4.
Slide the two hinge joints simultaneously through the
opening in the hinge wrapping portion of the inner
flip cover. The hinge joints should now be inside
the hinge wrapping portion of the inner flip cover.
5.
Grip the “U” shaped portion of the main flex film
and gently pull it towards the ZIF connector on the
LCD until the corner of the “U” shaped portion can
be worked under the hinge wrap portion if the inner
flip cover.
