Step-by-Step Instructions
6.
Insert the flip bumper strip’s two rubber bumpers
into their corresponding holes that are located
between the screw bosses at the system connector
end of the new inner base cover.
7.
Press the bumper strip down against the inner base
cover until the bumper strip is flush against the
surface of the inner base cover.
8.
If the keypad is being reused, remove it from the old
inner base cover.
9.
Place the keypad, keys down, into its corresponding
opening in the inner base cover.
NOTE! The keypad should be oriented so that the
shape of the keypad corresponds to the
shape of the opening in the inner base cover.

Perform sections 2.2.1-2.2.5 of the Base Reassembly
