Step-by-Step Instructions

Work the hinge from around the main flex film.

Once separated from the main flex film, set the hinge
aside.

Hinge Installation

If the hinge is being replaced, a new part should be used in the place of the old part when
performing the following steps.

Tools needed to perform the following steps:

NOTE! Make sure the corner of the “U” shaped

portion if the main flex film in not under the
hinge wrapping portion of the inner flip
cover.

Rotate the hinge into the open position.
