Performance data shown in this chapter is based on an electrified plate (dimensions: 150 x 150 mm,
electrostatic capacity: 20pF) defined by ANSI standard (ANSI/ESD STM3.1-2015). Use this data as a
guideline for selection, as the performance data may vary depending on the material and size of the workpiece.
