Unexpected motor noise and vibration
When auxiliary voltage is applied, a motor inside the circuit-breaker starts
immediately after plugging on the low-voltage connector in order to charge the
spring energy store. This is a permissible operating state.
Expect motor noise and low vibration.
Instruction label on high-voltage door:
In addition to these instructions, an instruction label on the high-voltage door describes safe closing of the
high-voltage door before executing a switching operation.

Preconditions
Either without withdrawable circuit-breaker / circuit-breaker truck in the panel, or:
•
Withdrawable circuit-breaker / circuit-breaker truck inserted in the panel in test position
•
Low-voltage connector plugged on
•
High-voltage door open
•
For high-voltage doors with ventilation flap: Ventilation flap in operational position
•
Padlock for door handle (optional) available
Procedure
Push the door handle on the high-voltage door totally upwards, and hold it.
Press the high-voltage door totally onto the panel frame using the door handle.
Push the door handle on the high-voltage door totally downwards, and release it.
