Photovoltaic pump control process

The corresponding relationship between DC bus voltage and output frequency
If that bus voltage (d-12) is higher than the set value of the MPPT upper operating voltage
(Fd.01), run at the maximum frequency; if it is lower than the set value of the MPPT upper
operating voltage (Fd.01), run at the frequency obtained at the frequency (the bus voltage/
MPPT upper operating voltage) *, If the bus voltage reaches the MPPT lower operating voltage
(Fd.02), run at the lowest operating frequency of the effluent (Fd.03).

Operate process
First initialize the parameters. (FE.13=2),when setting Fd.00=1(photovoltaic pump),
F0.07、Fd.01 ~ Fd.05、FC.06、FC.07 will be default set as above parameter table;Secondly,
the relevant parameters are set according to the needs of the site.
Detection of Water shortage in Photovoltaic pump and treatment of Water shortage Fault

Detection of Water shortage Fault of Photovoltaic pump:
If the frequency inverter runs above the minimum outlet frequency and the output current is
less than the no-load current of the motor (F2.10) * the ratio of the water shortage detection
current of the photovoltaic pump to the no-load current (Fd.04), after the photovoltaic pump
water shortage detection time (Fd.05), the inverter reports the water shortage fault E-32.

Treatment of Water shortage Fault of Photovoltaic pump
If the water shortage fault E-32 is reported, and the setting value of FC.06 is not 0, the water
shortage fault is automatically reset and restarted after the FC.07 set time. When the set value
of FC.06 is 0, E-32 will be reported all the time.
