INSTALLATION
Non-Drive Side

NOTE:

Standard Projection version shown

1 Install the counterweight pulley mounting bracket (A)

to the header plate using (4) 1/4in-20 x 1 1/2in

[M6 x 38mm] hex head cap screws and 1/4in [M6]

lock washers (B)

2 Install the stepped bushing (C) and counterweight

idler pulley (D) to the mounting bracket using (1)

1/2in-13 x 3in [M13 x 76mm] hex head machine

screw (E) and 1/2in [M13] lock washer (F)

3 Install the key (G) in the drive tube shaft, and install

the counterweight pulley (H) Align the counterweight

pulley with the idler pulley (D) and tighten the set

screws to secure the counterweight pulley to the

shaft

4 Install the photoeye sensors (I) onto the sensor

bracket (J) Install the sensor bracket on the header

plate using (2) #14 x 3/4in [6mm x 19mm] hex washer

head self drill/tap screws (K)

5 Install the terminal block assembly (L) on the lower

track using (2) #14 x 3/4in [6mm x 19mm] hex head

self drill/tap screws (K)

6 Route fish tape through the rear brace, through the

holes (M) in the header plates

7 Connect the free end of the non-drive side electrical

cable to the fish tape and pull cable to the drive side

8 Install the cover brackets (N-P), using 2 self drill/tap

#14 x 3/4in [6mm x 19mm] zinc screws (Q) for each

bracket
