1 Secure the lower rear and front lintel braces to the
header plates with 6 (3 each side) 3/8in-16 x 1 1/4in
[M10 x 32mm] hex head machine screws (G) and
3/8-16 [M10] nylock nuts (H), per brace
a Install the rear lintel brace (shortest piece) (F) with
the touch and hold fastener facing up
b Install the front lintel brace (I) with the touch and
hold fastener down on the front and back
2 Secure the lintel seal (J) to the front and rear lintel
braces with touch and hold fastener

NOTE: The drive end of the primary shaft is longer than
the non-drive side If chain hoist option is included, the
longer shaft is still on the drive side
3 Using a lift, install the primary tube assembly (K)
on the header plates using bearing blocks (L) on
both sides of the door Secure the bearing blocks
using 4 (2 each side) 1/2in-13 x 1in [M13 x 25mm]
hex head machine screws (M) and 4 (2 each side)
1/2in [13mm] lock washers (N)
