INSTALLATION
Lower Track Assembly

(EXTENDED PROJECTION)

Right (Drive) Side

1 Install the front (A) and rear (B) bottom re-feed

roller assemblies on the lower track (C), using

(6) 3/8in-16 x 3in [M10 x 76mm] hex head machine

screws (D) and (6) 3/8in-16 [M10] nylock nuts (E)

2 Assemble the header plate (F) and top re-feed

roller assemblies (G) on the lower track, using

(6) 3/8in-16 x 6in [M10 x 152mm] hex head machine

screws (H) and (6) 3/8in-16 [M10] nylock nuts (I)

3 Connect the header plate (F) to the lower track (C)

using (3) 3/8in-16 x 1 3/4in [M10 x 44mm] hex head

machine screws (Z) and (3) 3/8in-16 [M10] nylock

nuts (I)

4 Install the vertical re-feed bracket (J) and upper

feed assembly (K) on the lower track, using

(4) 3/8in-16 x 4in [M10 x 102mm] hex head machine

screws (L), (4) 3/8in-16 [M10] nylock nuts (M), and

(2) #14 x 1 1/4in [M6 x 32mm] hex washer head self

drill/tap screws (N)

5 Install the plate (O) and inner re-feed roller

assembly (P) on the lower track, using (3)

3/8in-16 x 6 1/2in [M10 x 165mm] hex head machine

screws (Q), (2) 3/8in-16 x 4in [M10 x 102mm] hex

head machine screws (R), and (5) 3/8in-16 [M10]

nylock nuts (S)
