1 Starting with the door in the fully closed position,

attach straps to the corresponding take-up

tube (primary roll tube for front windbar, rear

windbar roller tube for rear windbar) with 1 1/2

turns of prewrap Straps are secured to the

corresponding take-up tube using 4 strap plates and

(8) 1/4in-20 x 3/4in [6mm x 19mm] allen head screws

per tube (A)

2 If present, verify that the front windbar straps (B)

come off the primary drive tube on the side nearest

the curtain

7 Raise the windbar so it is above the door lintel

and clamp in place Secure using 2 pressure

plates (F), (2) 5/16in-18 x 1in bolts [M8 x 25mm] (G),

(2) 5/16in [M8] split washers (H), and (2) 5/16in [M8]

nuts (I) per strap Remove the clamp

8 Cycle door several times If necessary, adjust

the positioning of each windbar (in the door open

position) to remain clear of the door opening

9 Trim excess belt after windbar(s) are correctly

positioned
