INSTALLATION
Curtain Roller Tube
DANGER
Use a lift with lifting capacity sufficient for lifting
the weight of the unit. The load must also be
securely fastened to the lifting device.

NOTE:
• DO NOT remove the straps (A)
• The longer end of the curtain tube shaft goes on the
opposite side of the motor
1 Using a fork lift, install the curtain tube assembly (B)
on the header plates
2 Loosen set screws on bearing blocks (C) prior to
installing
3 Install bearing blocks over the curtain tube shaft (D)
on both sides of the curtain tube and secure them
to the header plates using (4) 5/8in-11 x 1 1/4in
[M16 x 32mm] hex head machine screws (E) and
5/8in x 0189in [M16] lock washers (F)

NOTE:
If equipped with optional header shroud, it may be
easier to install the front shroud panels on the front brace
before installing the front brace See "Header Cover" on
page 41
Using a lift, install the front brace (G) on the header plates,
using 4 (2 per side) 3/8in-16 x 5in [M10 x 127mm] hex
head machine screws (H) and (4) 3/8in-16 [M10] nylock
nuts (I) Install the front brace with a "V V" pattern as
shown, holes for curtain arms will be at the bottom
