MAINTENANCE
Brake Release

Disconnect power to the door

Without Chain

1 To hold the brake release on, rotate the brake release

hold down bracket (A) to vertical position

2 To engage brake, rotate bracket horizontal

Heated Brake

(OPTIONAL)

NOTE:

Brake will heat when the temperature is below

35° Fahrenheit and motor is not running
A frozen brake may take up to 60 minutes to thaw

when power is applied This time depends on ambient

temperature and the amount of ice accumulation
