Ensure that a minimum distance between fan grid and machine is com‐

plied with for aspiration and/or discharge of the air. The distance is de‐

termined by the motor construction, see the figure below.

Check all components, installation surfaces and threads for cleanliness.

Make sure that the assembly can be carried out in a dry, dust-free envi‐

ronment.

●

Make sure that the motor pump unit and all other parts used are free

from dirt when they are installed.

Contamination of the hydraulic fluid may considerably reduce the

life cycle of the drive unit. Make sure that the cleanliness class of

the hydraulic fluid according to ISO4406©) is complied.

Installation Conditions for Frequency Converter and Additional Com‐

ponents

The frequency converter and its additional components have been designed

for installation in control cabinets!

For information on the installation conditions, please refer to the

operating instructions "Rexroth Frequency Converter EFC 3610 /

EFC 5610 Series" (R912005854) in chapter 7 "Frequency Con‐

verter Mounting", see

chapter 1.2 "Required and Amending Doc‐
