Detailed description of the failure and the boundary conditions

Information on the name plate of the products concerned, particularly
type key and serial numbers

Phone, fax numbers and email address under which you are available in
case of enquiries.
On the basis of this information we will process your request quickly and effi‐
ciently.
Specify the hydraulic set-up of the machine (e. g. hydraulic circuit diagram or
sketch; place of installation of the pressure transducer, check valves, if appli‐
cable, set-up of suction area).
