DIFETTO CAUSA SOLUZIONE
Blocco a valle del
sistema
Punti di lubrificazione
(Cuscinetti, guide..) o
distributori intasati
Individuare la causa del blocco
e sbloccare il sistema seguendo
questo esempio:
-mettere in funzione la pompa
-allentare tutte le connessioni
una dopo l’altra dal distribu-
tore “Master” principale ai se-
condari.
Esempio: se la mandata 1 del
distributore “Master” che va
al distributore secondario 1 è
sotto pressione, il blocco è nel
distributore secondario 2.
-Lasciare la pompa in funzione
-Disconnettere le linee di ali-
mentazione ai punti di lubri-
ficazione del distributore se-
condario 2
Se il lubrificante è sotto pres-
sione dalla mandata 3 del
distributore secondario, il
blocco è nella mandata 3 o nel
punto di lubrificazione 3.
-Controllare la valvola di sicu-
rezza della pompa ed even-
tualmente sostituirla.
Distributore bloccato -Rimuovere dal distributore
l'elemento dosatore bloccato
e sostituire con un nuovo ele-
mento dosatore.
-Pulire il distributore con aria
compressa.

Verificare il corretto montaggio
del distributore.
Verificare la portata delle viti di
dosaggio.
Il guasto può essere identificato con:
1. Perdita di grasso o fuoriuscita dell’astina visiva dall’indicatore
2. Il segnalatore non si muove o non dà un segnale elettrico

Block down-
stream the system
Lubrication points
(bearings, guides..) or
clogged distributors
Locate the cause of the block
and unblock the system by fol-
lowing this example:
-operate the pump
-loosen one after the other
all the connections from the
main distributor "Master" to
the secondaries.
Example: if the delivery 1 of
the Master" distributor which
goes to the secondary dis-
tributor 1 is under pressure,
the block is in the secondary
distributor 2.
-Leave the pump running
-Disconnect the power supply
lines to the lubrication points
of the secondary distributor 2
If the lubricant is under pres-
sure from the delivery 3 of
the secondary distributor, the
block is in the delivery 3 or in
the lubrication point 3.
-Check the pump's safety valve
and replace it if necessary.
Blocked distributor -Remove the blocked dosing
element from the distributor
and replace it with a new dos-
ing element.
-Clean the distributor with
compressed air.
