NOTE
Do not try to replace the drawer with this assembly down
or you will damage the mill.
11.Holding the black part of the strainer, push it back into
place. Use a twisting motion if necessary to fully seat the
strainer.

12.Clean the tank thoroughly and use wire brush to clean the
wire basket that sits in the fluid tank. If the basket holds
water, it is not clean.
13.Fill the tank with 1 gallon and 6 ounces of coolant.
Reinstall the wire basket and tank lid. Place the tank
assembly in the drawer.
14.Look under the mill and ensure that the float/strainer
assembly is NOT VISIBLE. If necessary touch the Unlock
drawer button to raise the assembly. Close the drawer
and touch the Lock drawer button.
15.Touch the Start Pump button to run the new water and
coolant mixture through the mill. The text will change to
Stop pump.
16.Touch Reinitialize.
17.Touch Return to Menu.
18.Touch Exit Console.
NOTE
Using the Support console enables you to drop the
assembly down into view. Once you are comfortable with
how to find and clean the float/strainer assembly, you can
access it using Unlock Drawer in Mill Maintenance.
