The J13 and J24 connectors carry the various TDM and Ethernet style I/O signals to and from
the PTMC module.
The CT bus implemented has some restrictions on it due to the limitations on the on-board
TDM switch. The CT TDM data bits are bi-directional on a bus bit basis. They are unidirectional
on a channel (TDM timeslot) basis within a bus bit. Therefore when a bus bit is configured to be
an input or an output, all of the channels (TDM timeslots) on that bus bit are configured as input
or output as well.
