Protocol - Header/Footer - Free text lines
The free text lines of the header might act as a title or heading for the printout.
A free text line in the footer might contain the scale location or identifier.
Free HEX lines Defines the hexadecimal lines in the header or footer.

Position Defines the positions in the header or footer.
