Replacing CPU

Follow the steps below to replace a failed CPU:

Use Data Viewer of ESMPRO Manager to identify the failed CPU.

Remove the CPU/IO module referring to page 8-11.

Replace the CPU.

Install the CPU/IO module referring to page 8-13.

The installed CPU/IO module will start automatically.
