Parameter Constant multiplier (REAL32), -1,000,000...+1,000,000;
default = 1
Function Result = Value * Multiplier * Constant multiplier
If the REAL32 range of numbers is exceeded, the
Overflow output becomes TRUE.
Initial state All inputs and outputs are zero or FALSE.
