The following diagram shows the connection between the
GOT and the PLC.

Precautions when preparing a cable
(1) Cable length
The length of the RS-232 cable must be 15m or less.
(2) GOT side connector
For the GOT side connector, refer to the following.
1.4.1 GOT connector specifications
(3) JTEKT PLC side connector
Use the connector compatible with the JTEKT PLC side
module.
For details, refer to the JTEKT PLC user's manual.
8.3.2 RS-422 cable


*1 Terminating resistor should be provided for a PLC or Link
unit which will be a terminal.
*2 Set the terminating resistor of GOT side which will be a
terminal.
■ Connecting terminating resistors
*3 Connect FG grounding to the appropriate part of a cable
shield line.
