tiple files by holding down the

Ctrl

key while making your selections.

• File name
• Date the file was created (or last edited)
• Time the file was created (or last edited)
• File identification
• File status

The List dialog is common to all file types. The title bar displays the type of file for which you
have requested information.

File name

If you select only one file from the

Files

list, the name is

copied to this field. If multiple files are selected, the last one
selected displays in this field.
