15.4 Message codes.
All system messages, errors and warnings are assigned a unique message code.
15.4.1 Operation error codes.
These messages are displayed in a pop-up dialog during operation of the system.
Code no. 1
Message:
A severe alarm has occurred. No tests will be possible anymore. The ‘Info’ dialog will be shown.
Cause:
Battery voltage is critically low.
No DC Current Generators are connected.
PLC error regarding the I/O system.
Not enough disk space available.
Temperature of the Ultracapacitors is critically high.
Action:
See the ‘Info’ dialog for a description of the problem.
Depending on the problem, the operator may need to wait for the batteries to charge, connect
a DC Current Generator, free up disk space, or wait for the ultracapacitors to cool.
If a PLC error has occurred, try restarting the system.
Contact Megger technical assistance if the problem persists.
Code no. 2
Message:
No Power Units available. Please connect a Power Unit.
Test aborted.
Cause:
The system detects no connected DC Current Generator.
Action:
Ensure a DC Current Generator is properly connected.
Contact Megger technical assistance if the problem persists.

Message:
Initialization file not found. Program will be terminated for safety-reasons.
Cause:
Critical components of the software installation are missing.
Action:
Contact Megger technical assistance if the problem persists.
Code no. 8
Message:
This program is not registered. The program will be terminated.
Cause:
Critical components of the software installation are missing.
Action:
Contact Megger technical assistance if the problem persists.
Code no. 9
Message:
This program version is too old. This version = … / version of ini-file = … The program will be
terminated for security reasons.
Cause:
The software has been downgraded or critical components of the software installation are
corrupted.
Action:
Restart the software.
Contact Megger technical assistance if the problem persists.
Code no. 10
Message:
This program version is higher than the version on the ini-file. New parameters will be set to
their default values.
Cause:
The software has been upgraded.
Action:
Press OK to confirm.
