Code no. 100
Message:
HS DC CBR is not closed. Test Aborted.
Cause:
The system has detected that the circuit is not closed.
Action:
Please check the circuit and ensure that the High-speed DC Circuit Breaker is closed.
Code no. 101
Message:
Not tripped / Imax = … A
Cause:
The High-speed DC Circuit Breaker has not tripped during the test.
Action:
If a trip is desired, please try again using a higher test current. The maximum current during this
test is displayed as the Imax value.
Ensure the setting of the High-speed DC Circuit Breaker is correct.
Code no. 102
Message:
Battery Overload detected. Test aborted.
Cause:
A battery overload has been detected by the system. This means that the battery voltage has
reached 10 V during the measurement or that the measured output current deviated too much
from the desired current.
Action:
To avoid battery overloading:
Wait for the battery indicator to turn green (battery fully charged) before starting
injections.
Reduce the impedance of the circuit.
Reduce the test current or duration.
Contact Megger technical assistance if the problem persists.
Code no. 103
Message:
Tripped too soon / Imax = … A
Cause:
A trip has occurred before the valid measurement range in which a trip is expected.
Action:
Please try reducing the test current. In Auto Mode, the measurement range can also be
widened by lowering ‘k1’. The measured trip current is displayed as Imax.
Code no.104
(Reserved for secondary injection.)
Code no. 105
Message:
0 (!) µOhm.
Cause:
The system has measured a voltage drop of 0 mV / resistance of 0 µΩ.
Action:
Please ensure the voltage drop measurement leads are connected properly to the High-speed
DC Circuit Breaker and controller µΩ inputs.
Code no. 106
Message:
HS DC CBR is not open. Test Aborted
Cause:
The system has detected that the circuit is not open
Action:
Please ensure that the High-speed DC Circuit Breaker is open
