Info field selection:
The displayed information fields can be changed by pressing the ‘Customise’ button. The following dialog is
displayed:
To show or hide an information field, toggle the field’s checkbox.
An automatic report name can be selected to use a field’s entered value as the name for the report automatically.
NOTE :
By selecting a field to use as the automatic report name, the operator must enter the field to save
the report.
If the field is left blank, the following dialog is displayed:
