Select ‘Use the following IP address’.

Input the data as displayed above.

An ‘IP address’ of 192.168.1.10 is recommended.

The IP address may be any value in the range 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254, excluding 192.168.1.5 (used by the
BALTO System).

The ‘Subnet mask’ is 255.255.255.0.

The ‘Default gateway’ can be left blank.

Confirm by clicking ‘OK’.

13.3.2 Connecting to the BALTO System.

After configuring the IP settings, the Ethernet connection can be made by connecting the Ethernet cable from the PC
or laptop to the BALTO System Ethernet interface - Control Unit position 7.

13.4 Operation.

13.4.1 Starting BALTOWin.

Start the BALTOWin program using the ‘BALTOWin’ desktop or start menu shortcut.
