12.2.7 Step 5/6 - LINEARITY ADJUSTMENT I-IN

This dialog adjusts the linear calibration performed earlier for improved internal current measurement accuracy.

The adjustments are calibrated using 6 injections at pre-defined points across the current range.

Press the ‘Start’ button to perform the calibration for a given point. When finished successfully, the button will be
highlighted in green and the resulting adjustment is displayed.

Repeat the procedure until all points are calibrated.

Press ‘Next’ to continue.

The linearity adjustment can be skipped to perform a faster calibration. However, to obtain maximum accuracy, it is
recommended to perform all 6 steps.
