Options and Attachments

The following options and attachments are available for use with your header. See your MacDon Dealer for
availability and ordering information.

6.1

Reel

6.1.1

Multi-Crop Rapid Reel Conversion Kit

For use on double-reel headers only, the multi-crop rapid
reel conversion kit decreases the time required to change
the fore-aft cylinder position on the reel support arm from
the normal operating location to a farther aft location that
minimizes crop disturbance.

The kit enables the reel

fore-aft cylinders to also be quickly relocated to the normal
operating location.

Lodged Crop Reel Finger Kit

The steel

fi

ngers provided in the Lodged Crop Reel Finger

kit attach to the ends of every other tine bar and help
to clear material in heavy, hard-to-cut crops such as
lodged rice.

Each kit contains three

fi

ngers for the cam end of the reel

and three

fi

ngers for the tail end. Hardware and installation

instructions are included in the kit.
