HEADER ATTACHMENT/DETACHMENT

5. Install the new bolt-on

ighting (MD #213359) (A)

using six carriage head bolts (MD #184657) and nuts
(MD #135799) (B) on the right-hand side of the auger.

IMPORTANT:

Bolt heads must be installed on inside of auger
to prevent damage to internal components.

6. Reinstall

ighting slot plug (C) removed in Step

3.,

(MD #135799) (B) on the left-hand side of the auger.

In some conditions, feeding may be further improved by
removing all bolt-on

ightings (A). Four

ighting plugs

(MD #213084), M6 bolts (MD #252522), and M6 tee nuts
(MD #197263) are recommended to cover the

ighting

mounting holes.

These parts can be ordered from a

MacDon Dealer.
