HEADER ATTACHMENT/DETACHMENT

4. Install two bolt-on

ightings (MD #213359) (A) on the

right-hand side as shown, and secure each

ighting

with six carriage head bolts (MD #184657) and six nuts
(MD #135799) at location (B).

IMPORTANT:

Bolt heads must be installed on inside of auger
to prevent damage to internal components.

5. Torque all nuts to 35 ft

lbf (47 N

m) to eliminate

ection on

ighting, then torque all nuts and bolts

ighting to 43–47 ft

lbf (58–64 N

m).

6. Install two bolt-on

ightings (MD #213360) (A) on the

left-hand side as shown, and secure each

ighting with

six carriage head bolts (MD #184657) and six nuts
(MD #135799) at location (B).

IMPORTANT:

7. Torque all nuts to 35 ft

lbf (47 N

m) to eliminate

ection on

ighting, then torque all nuts and bolts

ighting to 43–47 ft

lbf (58–64 N

m).

plug (B) from inside the feed auger (as shown) and
secure with an M6 bolt (MD #252522) and tee nuts
(MD #197263) (C). Repeat for the remaining

mounting locations.

9. Install additional

ngers. A total of 22

ngers are

recommended for this con

guration. Refer to
