1. Inspection of piston group:
1) Inspection of piston seal:
a. Check whether glyd ring
is scratched, worn,
extruded and collapsed
(Figure 1 and Figure 2).
b. Check whether support
ring is scratched,
strained, worn and burnt
(Figure 1 and Figure 3).
c. Check whether O-ring at
static seal of piston is
worn and trimmed.
4) Inspection of piston:
a. Check whether contour of
piston is scratched and
strained (Figure 4).
b. Check whether two end
surfaces are compressed
seriously (Figure 5).
